Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our customers can be found all over the world, and we will ship to wherever you may be. Outside of North America, we generally price shipping specific to each order so please contact us for a quote. If you have any questions about the specifics of shipping or alternative options for shipping to your region for your order, please contact us at info@sowilodesign.com.

What methods do you use for shipping?
We ship with multiple carriers in order to get the best pricing. Your order is usually shipped with Canada Post within Canada, and either UPS, DHL, or FedEx internationally. We also occasionally use USPS within the United States.

How long will I wait for my package to arrive?
The shipping time depends on the delivery country, but most orders arrive within 1 week of purchase within North America, and 2 weeks internationally. For out of stock items, we will email you with an expected delivery date.

Do your shipping rates include Duties/Taxes?
For our Canadian customers, the GST/PST/HST is included on the invoice and charged according to the province of purchase.

For international customers, we do not charge any tax or duties as the duties and taxes for each country are unique. If there is any amount owing upon import, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these fees.
